The alarm did not ring

Fifi uses Apple’s AlarmKit, which is allowed to ring through silent mode and Focus — but only if permission was granted. Check Settings → Fifi → Alarms on your iPhone. If permission is off, the alarm cannot make a sound, and the app will say so on its home screen.

Managing your subscription

Fifi is $7.99 per week or $34.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial on the annual plan for new subscribers — Apple allows the introductory offer once per Apple Account, so if you have used it before the annual plan bills straight away. It is billed by Apple, not by us. Cancel or change it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com — Apple handles those and we cannot issue them ourselves. Tell us anyway if something went wrong.

Your data

Fifi has no accounts, and your alarms, to-do items, photos and recordings never leave your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes them. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what the morning briefing sends and who receives it.
